Health and Welfare Benefits

CGRC provides comprehensive group medical, dental and vision benefits for all eligible employees and their families. CGRC pays a significant portion of these benefits and also provides group Life, AD&D, LTD and an Employee Assistance Program to eligible employees at no cost. There are also voluntary plans that employees can choose to participate in that include Employee Term Life and AD&D, Spouse/Child Life and AD&D, STD, Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity.

Retirement

CGRC offers a generous retirement plan to help you save for the future. For eligible employees CGRC contributes 5% of your annual salary, additionally we match $.50 per dollar of employee contributions to the plan up to 2% of your annual salary.

Time Off

At CGRC we encourage a good work life balance by providing staff with considerable time off for activities outside of work. Eligible employees receive 21 PTO days, 3 long-term medical (LTM) days, 9 holidays and 2 continuing education (CE) days.
