Job Description

We are looking for a qualified bilingual candidate to be responsible for providing comprehensive intake, diagnostic assessments, and referral services to children and families who present with complex needs. 

 

Hours of Work:  6-12 hours per week

What does an EAS clinician do? Using strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills – EAS clinicians complete diagnostic assessments, analyze problematic behaviors, collaborate with and integrate input from psychologists, schools, community members, client and family. This results in an assessment that provides both diagnostic clarification and a comprehensive recommendation for treatment matching the client needs with the right level of care.

Position Requirements: 

  • Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related behavioral health field required
  • Licensed in respective field REQUIRED (LMFT, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LBS)
  • Bilingual SPANISH speaking REQUIRED
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation required
  • Able to work flexible day and evening hours 

 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing behavioral data.
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments.
  • Experience completing Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Knowledge of Philadelphia child serving systems and resources.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
