Initial Requirements: 

  • Current and in good standing, certification as a BCaBA, RBT, BCAT, or other behavior health or behavior analysis certification from an accredited organization; OR
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services; OR 
  • HS diploma (or equivalent of a high school diploma) AND completed 40 hour RBT training program. 
  • *Philadelphia County BHT staff are required to complete the 40hour RBT trainings regardless of number of years of experience, if they are not already certified (BCaBA, RBT, BCAT, or other behavior health certification)
  • Able to work flexible day and evening hours.
