Job Description

Child Guidance Resource Centers is looking for a full-time Administrative Receptionist to join our Administrative Department in our Southwest Philadelphia office.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day to day administrative support and supervision of all front desk responsibilities. They oversee all front desk operations, including client reception, scheduling, mail distribution, and all other client support functions.    

Requirements:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.    

• Minimum of one (1) year experience working in an administrative role, preferably in healthcare field.    

• Professional speaking ability and telephone etiquette.    

• Knowledge of computer systems and applications; Microsoft Office required.    

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.     

• Good organization skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.    

• Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and the public.    

Hours: Mon & Tues (11:30am – 8pm); Wed & Thurs (8am – 4:30pm); Fri (8am-4:30pm OR 10am – 2pm if scheduled to work Sat); every other Sat (10am – 2pm)
