Job Description

CGRC’s ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Program is expanding! ABA RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) provide individualized, one-to-one ABA support to children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder, other developmental or cognitive delays, and/or behavioral disorders across all settings (school, home, and community). The ABA RBT implements individualized behavioral interventions based on the treatment plan goals and specific ABA programming based off of specific assessments developed by the Licensed ABA Behavior Consultant.

If you’re looking for the opportunity to share and expand your competencies using evidence-based therapy, consisting of techniques that change behavior and uses ongoing evaluations to understand why problematic behaviors occur then CGRC’s ABA Services program is for you! Technicians use a variety of clinically based interventions such as talk, play, art, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other strategies to help you and your child reach the agreed upon treatment plan goals.
